International orders can take 4-10 days to arrive with our express courier. Tracking details are issued for all orders as they are dispatched. If products are out of stock, or for quantities of 50+ items, delivery may take longer but our team will contact you with details.

Version 3 arm guards can be worn under clothing. Version 5 arm guards can also be worn under clothing. Compare the arm guard designs and check each product’s size guide before choosing.
Our ‘Version 3’ Arm Guards are covertly worn and offer a slightly lower level of bite resistance. Our ‘version 1’ Arm Guards (our most successful model) offer a slightly higher level of bite resistance and also feature a black Cordura® fabric which is extremely durable and abrasion resistant. It also can be wiped easily in case you come in contact with any body fluids.
Yes, but care instructions vary by product. Some garments are machine washable (typically up to 104°F / 40°C or 86°F / 30°C, depending on the item), while others particularly products with added protection – should be wiped clean only.

All garments are made out of our high technology BitePRO® fabric, one of the world’s strongest cut, tear, abrasion and bite resistant fabrics.
BitePRO® risk levels are guidance only. They are based on each product’s coverage and protective features, such as bite and scratch resistance, tear and abrasion resistance, fluid resistance, and on certain models added blunt force protection. Every environment and situation is different, so these levels are intended to support decision-making, not replace professional judgment.

MEDIUM risk products typically focus on core protection, including bite and scratch resistance along with strong tear and abrasion performance. They are often lighter and more discreet, making them suitable for lower-frequency incidents or environments where comfort and extended wear are priorities.
HIGHER risk products generally provide increased coverage and/or additional protective features compared to MEDIUM risk. They are commonly chosen where challenging behavior occurs more regularly or where certain areas, such as the forearms, wrists, or upper body – are more exposed.
EXTREME risk products typically offer the highest combination of protective features, often including increased coverage and, where applicable, added elements such as fluid-resistant outer layers and/or impact or blunt force protection. These products are usually selected for higher-severity or more unpredictable scenarios.
